This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Universal Remote("Licensor," "we," "us" or "our") for the Air Castapplication ("Application"), available through Apple's App Store. By downloading, installing or using the Application, you agree to this EULA.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify or distribute the Application
Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent permitted by law
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or transfer the Application or any rights in it
Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices on the Application
Use the Application for any illegal or harmful purpose
Use the Application to mirror or cast to devices you do not have permission to use
Bypass or circumvent technical limitations or security measures in the Application

3. Intellectual Property

The Application is licensed, not sold. Universal Remote retains all right, title and interest in the Application, including all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application offers free features and premium features available through subscription or one-time purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew via your Apple ID unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Subscription details are shown in the Application at the point of purchase.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services, including Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, Meta (Facebook), and Apple. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

6. Privacy

Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL UNIVERSAL REMOTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Universal Remote only, not with Apple, and that Universal Remote (not Apple) is solely responsible for the Application. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Application. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, who will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Application. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
