Request a refund
Refund requests go through Apple, not Air Cast.
App Store policy means refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. The fastest way:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Air Cast charge
- Tap "Request a refund" and pick a reason
Apple usually decides within 24–48 hours. If you've been wrongly charged or believe there's an error we can correct, email us at aircast@universaltv.app and we'll provide whatever Apple needs.
